Phone message is a scam. they keep you on Corp hold instead of putting you through to local store and make you listen to a bunch... of ads and end it with Please wait while we transfer you to operator which is a recording saying "If you want your local store,please hit 2" Boom they answered...10 min it seemed like...GREEDY marketing. I am discussed but i have to put up with youbullying because I like the local store. Read more
I ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings: bacon and onions. I could see the onions but not the bacon. However, as the pizza... was burnt, that may be why I could not see the bacon. I also ordered the chocolate pudding cakes, also burnt. The little rollswere not burnt just a lot brown, but edible. The wings were also well done. Basically most of the food was not edible. When Itried to complain, I was put on hold for quite awhile. I gave up. Now I am going online and cancel the charge. Shame on thisDominos. Read more
Ordered on line for pickup. Was instructed to pull up in front, text I was there, wait with my parking lights on and someone... would bring out my pizza. I did all these things. The app said my pizza was done. Noone brought it out. I went in and theypulled it our of the warmer. When I asked them why they didn't bring it out they just said oops! No apology. I got the pizzahome (5 minutes away) it was cold and burnt. No way anyone could have cut up that pizza, put it in a box and not realize it wasburnt. They obviously just didn't care.
