I didn?t realize that making sandwiches was rocket science, but apparently it is. Three of the four sandwiches we ordered had... toppings on it which we asked to be not added due to dietary restrictions. This was my first time at a Firehouse subs. I do like how some of the proceeds go to first responders. The sandwiches all... tasted great. I got the brisket and cheese. The bread was good but the meat was a little light. Maybe I am just used to othersub shops that provide more. The sandwich did come out hot and tasted fresh. Credit to the fact it was prepared well. We wentaround 730 and the place was mostly empty. Figure it was after the rush. Staff was friendly and helpful. The tables all haddirty/clean cards to let you know which ones they cleaned.
