Based on one dish at this unassuming lunch counter I can say it was definitely one of the better Gyros I?ve had in America and most definitely in Portland. There was no sliced gyro slices from a box and over cooked to a crispy mess. The pork and lamb was amazing. Unique combo, but definitely worth it. Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu one(two) dishes at a time.

It was delicious! The portions were fair and the octopus was soft and tender. Would highly recommend and would come back again.

Food is great, but they don't take names for orders. My food was given away to someone else, and I'm charged without telling me the order isn't ready I don't have time to wait for new preparation during the work day. So, I'm charged and the refund won't come through for 3 days? Great food, but have to pass from now on.

Couldn't believe how great the food was. Could easily see other (lower quality) places charging way more for these dishes. The salmon and chicken were perfectly cooked and the servings are huge. Fed 3 people for less than $40 and all left so stuffed and satisfied. Got lucky because we chose this place at random while passing through on our way to Washington. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Good Mediterranean food, great portions and a solid selection too. Don't think of 4 stars as a bad thing. It's good, and this place is worthy. I didn't just default to 5 stars though because it's more-so a place where I come by for Takeout and can rely on the consistency, rather than a place I'd come for the dining experience and expect to be blown away by unique dishes and combinations of flavor. Worth a try!

Amazing food, well presented and flavorful. Would highly reccomend! The Fish tacos on for $9 is a very good price for the quality of food. Friendly Staff and a Clean Bathroom too!

Wow, the Octopus plate was fantastic! The octopus was tender and seasoned perfectly. The ink rice was great too. Don't miss the octopus if you visit Gastro Mania. The gyro was good too, but the octopus was out of this world. So tender! #Portland

Hands down, one of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Portland! Wife and I love coming here on mini dates (our children also love their food). Food is always consistent, fresh, and delicious. Great attention to detail on the presentation and flavour. We also love all the Kambucha choices.
