Glad to see something good move to the neighborhood. What a well run company and store. Sandwiches are excellent. First time I... ate there I didn?t realize that they put a whole bottle of oil and vinegar on your sandwich. Second time asked for easy oil andvinegar and they still did the down the sandwich up the sandwich drench. I found out there?s a Mike?s way and you get everythingon it and a gallons of oil and vinegar. Has Mike had a heart attack yet? I just get it on the side and add it at home. I lovehow they bag the sandwiches. You know this place is good when the vandals break out the windows of pizza guy next door,PandaExpress and Goodwill and leave this place alone. All kidding aside best sub around,friendly staff and great location. Gets alittle busy around lunch time and on the weekends so go before or after the lunch rush. I read other reviews about long waittimes, but the best sandwich around is worth the wait. If you want a fast sandwich, with no wait time, lousy customer serviceand a sub that tastes like eating cardboard for the same price there?s a Subway down the street. This location must be really mismanaged. Came in at 5:55 for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 5:45pm. It wasn?t... ready, they seemed really busy. I understood, they told me to check back in 15. Came back in at 6:30. ?We?re just about to makeit.? My sandwiches were finally in hand at 6:55. Meanwhile, saw at least a dozen customers walk in and place orders and go,although they all had significant waits. My friends in the area have repeatedly had weird experiences here. It?s not reallyworth it when there?s a subway down the street. Don?t make the mistake of using their mobile order. NO SANDWICH IS WORTH ANHOUR. All that to say, staff continued to be busting their butts and trying to be positive while it was a wreck. If I could give this place a zero I would. The service is absolutely TRASH. My family ordered a pick-up from this location and... waited an hour for an order that had been placed at 7:15 pm. Customers who got there and ordered at the spot got their mealsbefore me while I was constantly ignored. When my order was FINALLY taken into account by the 5 or 6 boys who were there theytook less than 5 minutes to make a $55 order which turned out TERRIBLY.
