Customer service has gone down significantly in my experience coming here and some of my friends have said the same about how... weird the vibe is with the staff. Honestly only writing this because I hope it will change. With the current staff attitudes andthe expectation to tip on everything even when it's a pickup or online order and customer service isn't given in the firstplace, has me wondering what I'm actually leaving a tip for and also just feeling hesitant to go here in the first place. I getwhy we tip, I've been a server for years in this city and I'm all about tipping. So tbh I don't feel at all pressured anymore totip the staff out of guilt or judgement of looking like a bad customer when the service here is non-existent.
