The people that take orders mess up your order when using an app and then blame you when app code won't work because it says... it's been used. Well yeah you used it already. And this isn't the first time or the first time they have messed up an order.When something goes wrong they just don't know what to do. Last time going there, that place just get worse. Mid-morning and they took forever, and as an added bonus told me the machine was broken and that they could give me a different... drink in exchange for the McFlurry I had already paid for. Acceptable. Even ordering through the app, anticipate an error or three. I have used the app with so many stores and this is... consistently the only location unable to read things such as "hot mocha" vs "iced mocha" as well as errors such as theirpreference of sauces vs what we actually order.. things of that nature. They overcharge and will not give you the advertised price on the small mocha drinks. Tried to talk to the manager about fixing... the price and she called me a racist. This is the worst mcdonald's I have ever visited and based on other reviews the owner ofthis store needs to address these problems. I am contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint.
