Very very good! Ordered to go, broth packed separately. Ok! Already scoring points. Flavor of miso broth strong and delicious.... Charsiu pork - tender, not fatty at all. More points! Whole soft-boiled egg! More ponts. Large amount of extras including soft(not dried) seaweed, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, scallions. Noodles a bit chewy and bouncy not gummy. 100% to my liking.
