Been eating their pulled pork for years. Always good comfort food. Reasonably priced. Love these guys. Wish all the old... locations were still open. But worth going out of my way for. Read more

I had the kalua pork plate ($12). The GOOD: Service was fast and friendly. Presentation was pretty. The texture was really nice:... slow cooked pork, not overcooked spinach. The rice was a bit overcooked but that may be a personal preference. The BAD: If theyremoved about 1/2 cup of sugar off of this plate, I'd say it would be perfect. I get it. I'm Korean. Korean food can be sweet.Add the Hawaiian influence and you get more sweet. But there has to be a balance. Other than the kimchi and avocado, everythingtasted like a dessert item. I mean who puts sugar in spinach, for Pete's sake?? The pork was ruined by the overly sweet bbqsauce. It didn't need it. The kimchi was the only item tasked with offsetting the sugary meal. It was spicy, sour and yummy butthere wasn't enough of it to do the job. I'm giving 3 stars because of excellent service and the plate can be easily remediedby not adding sugar or sauce. Read more

I had the Kalua Pork Plate from Namu food cart. It had too much sauce, but it was pretty good. There are a few other carts that... have better Kalua Pork than Namu but it was definitely good. Read more
