The shrimp tacos were full and excellent. The chicken tacos, just ordinary, but also full. Proces reasonable, and other items on... the menu looked really good to me. Picnic tables out front. Definitely will be coming back, bonus is decent parking on thispart of 23rd. Read more
I don't know what I'd do without this place. I go here at least once a week. I always get the same thing, the sweet tequila... burrito, but even after several years I'm not tired of it. The chicken, carnitas, and chorizo is fantastic, too. I'm sure thereare other good things on the menu, but why when a sweet tequila burrito is perfection? Fresh and yummy Mexican food: really generous servings, with a nice selection of fresh salsa and lemon/lime slices and a well... seasoned spicey vegetable garnish (don't know it's name).They use fresh ingredients: the chorizo burritos are huge qmandparticularly tasty.. we also like their soft chicken tacos: chicken and fresh cilantro and onions chopped fine. there fortake out and the service is friendly and the food very reasonably priced. The food is decent but it's not worth the price. The service is akin to a restaurant trying to make a joke of themselves. I... can't believe how long we waited for four items, 60+ minute wait and everyone working seemed like they wanted to off themselves.Seriously do not give this place your money if you have other options, I recommend Ole Frijole in NE Portland if you want a goodMexican place.
