Absolutely the best Ph? in the downtown area, and probably all of Portland. We ordered the special with all types of meat, and... every type was excellent in its own way. The owner was also the chef and he really cared about our experience. The grilled shortribs rice plate was tasty with really fresh and appealing vegetables. I had the lemon grass chicken broken rice. It was average, nothing spectacular. I did not enjoy my summer rolls. They were... pretty tasteless, just lettuce, rice noodles and thinly sliced shrimp. The peanut sauce lacked flavor and was on the thin side. Read more
