My group was eating at the stake house across the street so I came to Pizza Kat to get a vegan gluten free pizza. The service... was excellent. She was so so nice. Pizza Kat is so good I wrote a review out of the blue, just thinking about them. Perfect crust--thin, crispy, and chewy. Can't... lose with perfect "standard" pies or the inventive specials.
