I really wanted to love Sebastiano?s, but unfortunately I won?t be back. I have specific dietary needs and I fully admit that I... can?t eat everything everywhere, and that?s on me - not the responsibility of restaurants. However, I did ask if I could modifymy sandwich and I was told ?yes.? So I asked to remove one thing, they said ?no.? I asked to swap out one thing on one sandwichfor another, they said ?no.? Then I kept it really simple and just asked for extra meat that I would happily pay (way too much)for, and they said ?no.? Long story short, even though they said ?yes,? it was always going to be ?NO.? Now let?s talk aboutthe automatic 20% gratuity. I am an over-tipper. For good service or good food I usually tip 30+%. Here at Sebastiano?s theyforce you to tip 20% (built into the cost of food) and call it a ?service charge.? They literally take away the choice to tip,and I understand why, but they are TAKING AWAY YOUR CHOICE! I don?t know about you, but paying almost $40 for two sandwichesthat are smaller than 6? each isn?t exactly a good value. Like I said, I wanted to love this place, but the common theme isthis: You better take it the way they give it, or go f*** yourself, like a true Italian would say. So, they are authentic andthey make great sandwiches, but when choice is removed from the equation, I?m out. Read more

Best sandwich shop in the area! I love the Jim Jonke and getting the radicchio salad with the works!

Food is decent but unfortunately they insist on charging a 20% mandatory "Team Service Charge in Lieu of Gratuity" including for... pickups rather than raise their prices so they can pay their staff a fair wage. They don't advertise this mandatory charge andit's tacked on automatically on checkout. Note that they are already charging $15 base for a sandwich. As this is listed as aservice fee and not a tip there is no legal requirement for it to be paid to staff. When I asked about the charge I was told itwas because people have to wake up early and then hung up on. Read more

Omg finally got to visit for happy hour and everything we tried was incredible. The salumi board felt really special and... intentional. The house spritz was delicious and the fresh mozzarella and focaccia was a real treat. I?m already planning tobring all my friends. Read more

Absolutely delicious sandwiches! The menu is small but that?s okay when everything is good. We shared their staple sandwich and... the rotating focaccia (which was a tuna fish salad). The bread was moist and tasty on both. The fillings on both were littlemouth explosions. We got dessert as well & they simply didn?t measure up to the sandwiches. There?s also nowhere to sit, so justknow that ahead of time. Well worth a visit overall. Would definitely recommend. Read more
