Today me and my buddy Chris decided to come over here to Starbucks this location here I don't really come here too much very... rarely I do although go to the other locations of the Starbucks logo but my main concern believe this review is because of thecashier his name is Anthony when I wanted to give him my order and response was very unprofessional very rude to me and myfriend there's other customers in the back of me I'm pretty sure they are witnessed or they witnessed this whole moment thiswhole experience of mine no I've been coming to Starbucks for a long time now again not this location but other locations andnot any other Starbucks have I experienced service customer service like I have a year with Anthony and I will be later callingtheir management just to let them know who they have working at their store so this is to warn people and thank you so much thecoffee was great like Starbucks always but the service that Anthony gave us was poor???????? worse after the remodel. so much less cozy. bathroom arrangment is a mess. not enough outlets.
Worst experience ever at a Starbucks! We always get at least 4 drinks each time we go. I simply asked for a Venti ice latte in a... Trenta cup, because I add extra foam and that way I won't lose half the drink to get the foam or get the full drink but notenough foam. Claiming as their manager refused to do that for me when I had it multiple times at their location and otherlocations! Very disappointing experience! Read more
