Me and my friend went to this place last weekend and we had a wonderful experience staying here recommended by my friend's mom.... We first get here and we were greeted by the associate and he helped us get our bags out and asked if we wanted to do the valetparking. He even held the door open for us. He was wonderful for our 2 night stay and even remember us when we came back to thehotel several times. The desk employee was also wonderful. Elegant looking inside the place. Wonderful stay! I do recommend this place. The location and the hotel itself are in a really good spot. Our room was really clean and besides... being in a very busy area we couldn't hear any noise at night in our room. The amenities are really good as well as thecleanness of the rooms! I love the location because it's central to everything but like many cities, there is a trickle of homeless population. The... staff is amazing and friendly. The rooms are clean. Includes shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in large bottles (not the tinyone-use ones) which I'm grateful for. Makeup remover and body lotion is also available. Housekeeping is every other day. We had an amazing stay and the staff really showed an incredible standard of customer service. We were traveling with an elderly... disabled family member so they switched our room so that we would be in a room designated for disabilities, which made it easierfor my mother to bathe. They provided a shower chair for our room and had a wheelchair she was able to use so that she couldenjoy the city and enjoy it she did. I would recommend their establishment a million times over.
