Molly was a delight to work with from start to finish. We hired Molly to prepare dinner for us after a day spent at the wineries... in Williamette Valley. She was responsive and prepared leading up to the event, and friendly and entertaining during the event.The menu she created for our group of girls was fantastic! She paired unique flavors for a one-of-a-kind experience. We couldn'tstop talking about it the next day. My only complaint is she lives halfway across the US from us, so we can't have her food moreoften! Read more
I came across Skinny Chef PDX on Instagram and I loved her posts of her beautiful and enticing creations. During the pandemic, I... wanted to have a special dinner for my son's 16th birthday and invited Skinny Chef Molly to create a special birthdaycelebration in my home. We are a foodie family so we appreciate Molly?s fusion of spices from the East with the local produceand meats. Every dish had a unique burst of deliciousness that kept me guessing what spice or ingredient created that amazingflavor. Molly is not only an aspiring talented chef but a beautiful person inside and out. I had her back for another dinnerwith friends and the dinner was fantastic! Wow we had an incredible experience with Molly! Our salon hired her for our holiday party recently, we were blown away. Molly... came up with a perfect menu for 13 people so didn?t even have to think about. She sent us the menu to review well in advance soany tweaks could be made. We had some folks with important dietary restrictions, and those were easily accommodated. She hadeverything prepared to go the day of, and came over an hour early just to get it all set up. The food was beautifully preparedand presented. It tasted perfect too! We all loved just having Molly around as her personality was electric. Can?t wait to hireher again! Read more
