White Pepper catered our wedding at The Evergreen and everything was great. The service was quick and friendly, the food was... incredible. It?s been a month since our wedding and we still have people telling us it was the best wedding food they?ve everhad. The only issue we had is it was so well liked everyone wanted more. I?d definitely work with them again though if I everneeded a large event catered, Wil was super responses to any questions or concerns I had leading up to the event. White Pepper catered our wedding in June, 2022, and we would one hundred percent recommend them to anyone. We knew after our... initial tasting with them that it was great, but the food and service at the wedding was spectacular. So many of our guestshave told us that it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Their menu truly represents the best of Pacific NW cuisine, andwe were happy to share that with our guests. I would list favorites, but everything was so good. The salmon, the bavette steak,the potatoes, the asparagus, the appetizers, everything. The vegetarian and vegans all appreciated that the veg dish wasactually delicious and substantial (the lentil and white bean croquette). The services was very attentive and courteous.
