The Door Dash experience was great. (The next paragraph has nothing to do with her.) That being said Little Ceasars's...the... breadsticks were so undercooked, that the moment we picked them up they flopped and stuck to our fingertips. We took one bite,and it was clearly undercooked. You could only taste oil and flour. I don't mean by a little, I mean like I don't think theyever saw an oven at all. It was raw dough. We have never had this experience with Little Ceasar's...ever. One of the highlightsin ordering, usually, is the fluffy, light, garlicky breadsticks we order each time with a great dipping sauce. I am honestlycontemplating delivering these back to you for free, just so you can see what we received...and they are still gooey after aday in the fridge and attempting to cook them both in the oven and the air fryer. The prices are still reasonable even with inflation and the pizza is yummy! Our son loves the brownies, too.

Horrible experience. Walked in for a hot n ready pizza asked the cashier if any were done and available she said yes I ordered 1... large regular pepperoni with an order of crazy bread and marinara... Cashier said it'll be 5minutes.. I'm thinking maybe they'rewaiting for the bread to be done several walk-in orders later in and out while I'm still waiting at this time it's going on 20minutes of waiting I ask the cashier how much longer will this be... She said 15 to 18 minutes... I ask why she mumbled I haveno clue what. So I decide no I'm not waiting almost 40 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. I ask for a refund alsopointed out that I was charged for an extra most bestest I didn't order an extra most bestest pepperoni I ordered a regular Iasked cashier why she said she charged for that pizza because that was what was ready at the time I ordered but my question iswhy ring me up for something I did not order and charge me more and why make wait if it was ready... a man came to the registerhe states they have alot of online orders I only see 4 tickets one of them being mine hanging on the rack where the pizza is cutand bread is packed.. one lady came in for an online order she received an email/text stating her order was ready and it was noteven in the portal ready they had to make it. Another issue is no gloves were worn by the man who was making the pizza. He wouldpick the cheese up from the container place it in the dispenser and was packing the dough in the pan gloveless...
