Steam lobster is always fresh. Lightly battered Fried clams and Oyster are aome ofnour favorites. Creamy clam chowder.
I smoke a lot of my own meats, so I'm familiar with how much fat comes on a whole brisket, especially when you buy it from... Costco. But most chefs just allow it to melt away and flavor the actual meat, then cut most of it away to serve. The amount offat they served on the Mac & Cheese with brisket was simply inexcusable. So amazing...everything we ordered was well prepared and top notch. The fish and chips were not greasy by any means and the fish... used (haddock, I believe) was beyond fresh and delicious. We ordered a slew of items--clam chowder (excellent), fish and chips(see above note :), Shrimp Louie (so fresh--ordered a 1/2 order), and a BBQ tri-tip type sandwich accompanied with mac/cheese,bbq sauces (delish and very flavorful).
