The food is good but they chop up the chicken bones and then you have a ton is small bones mixed into your food.

I have been visiting since 2013 or before, but think that the time has come for me to say, "adios, amigos!" Thought I was the... only one who has noticed grave changes in the quality, volume, and price uptick for the meals, but was shocked to read many ofthe reviews up here. Some of the complaints up here, are relatable to mine: gravy spilling out in the plastic bag (more than 1occasion), amount of meat sparingly small for the amount of money charged for the meals, food is cold with no temperature forhuman consumption, lack of respect as compared to before. I noticed on several occasions that customers who appear to beregulars (lunch clients), are treated with more respect than the average person who goes in on rare occasions to make foodpurchases. I won't be surprised to see them out of business in the near future. As some people wrote up here, "Norfolk's"location has much better service, and customer service. Purchased 2 "Roti-chicken curry" recently and was charged $24.00 +tax. This is outrageous. There is one particular male server who runs in the back when he sees me coming, but prior to thisnew behavior, he would always be polite and assist. Not sure of the new standard of conduct, but it's time for me to say my"adios amigos!" Remember that it's the patrons that help keep you in business, whether they are "Jamaican" or not. Read more
