Gave 2 stars...since we never got to try any pizza. Customer service was awful. 35 mins till buffet was over and said they... wouldn't bring any more pizza out. So we tried to order, but wouldn't give us any of the specials, that they were only online. Didn't really seem like they cared if we ate there or not.. Definitely won't stop again. The Pizza Hut between 120th St. and Broadway Blvd is getting better compared to 2 years ago. I noticed that I can taste the... sauce, cheese, etc. The service is getting better compared to 2 years ago. I may come back frequently due to good service. Thestaff introduced himself as Sergio. He told me that you can order a day before. I guessed that you just need to type the timethat you can pick it up. Great job and keep it up. Read more
