Absolutely unprofessional place! The manager is disrespectful and extremely rude. If he can?t handle pressure of the place being... busy he shouldn?t be managing the place. I could go on and on about how bad the sonic in poteau is but that is all for now Read more

Night shift got my order wrong three times, and the "shift lead" was extremely rude. He then decided to hit a wall on the way... back inside the kitchen. As a whole extremely disappointing and I wont be going back. Read more
Mr. Marshall the manager at this location told me and my wife are shake is melted because we took too long to come and get it... after pulling up 10 minutes after ordering. Said hed replace it but was fairly rude- its not my fault you made it and i took 10minutes to come and get it. Maybe your shakes shouldnt melt so fast. Read more
