I Iived in Houston Texas for over 4 years and leaned to appreciate authentic Mexican and Tex Mex food. Sorry to say this place... doesn't compare, but it is still a decent restaurant for the area. I don't like the salsa. I think it would be a good idea forsomeone to visit Texas to understand the real thing and hire some chiefs from there or learn from them. This is possibly the worst food I have ever had. Came here with my girlfriend and we were both disappointed from how salty the... meat was. We took her food home to feed to the dog, atleast someone can get some enjoyment from it? Our waitress didn?t refillour water glasses a single time. This may have all been forgive able had it not been for the flys. I lost track of how manytimes they landed on our food and kept flying into my hair/eyes. This has to be some wild health code violation. All thatdoesn?t even address the heat, it was super hot. To sum it up: -over priced -wait staff are bad -very overpriced (3 tacos were$13) -looks/tastes like dog food - very hot Would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
The server we had was a really nice person, salsa is good. However, there are few vegetarian options and no vegan options. Once... you remove the cheese , meat, and sour cream, you realize how much salt has been added. Poor excuse for real Mexican food. Read more
