My boyfriend went to Dunkin on market street this morning to get our coffees and a donut for my daughter. He ordered two hot... coffees and his came out as an iced coffee. They always make it how they want and not how the customer wants it. Read more

I really like this location. The entrance from the road is a bit bumpy, but it's a small issue. The employees are always so... nice, even though they are short staffed, and they are patient with me when I need to ask questions about the different itemsavailable. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the drive thru speaker could use some maintenance. Read more
For starters staff are undertrained and if you can't make a training they are unwilling to be flexible. They cut certain... people's hours back and at times take them off the schedule entirely for a week at a time. They even fired me by changing theschedule with out notifying me expecting me to be at a shift I didn't know existed. Luckily I have way more job opportunities inmy new area and will never work for that specific company again. Its a good thing I don't know what number to contact because Imost definitely would have reported management for unjust behavior. Word of advice if you want a job that will screw you overfeel free to work at this location. Also terrible service I agree. Read more
