The owner is extremely rude, and unprofessional, aside from constantly taking money-saving shortcuts. His spaces are constantly... dirty, unsanitary, or are not maintained properly. His assistant has been caught playing with dog feces before, so I wouldcertainly recommend avoiding eating anywhere near her. First time ordering from the E High St location. A little disappointing. Although the Sicilian pizza was very good, I ordered... half pepperoni and half sliced meatball. The toppings were mixed on the pizza and most were clumped in the middle of the pie.Also, I was told delivery time would be 45 mins. We didn't get it for an hour and a half. Ordered delivery on Sunday, an hour and a half later received a call finally that the driver had car problems. Okay stuff... happens, we asked to be refunded. We were told a manager would call back to issue the refund, never got the call, but the chargesure did go through. Called up today asked to speak to said manager was told they weren't in and they would call back. Well theystill havent so now i have to dispute this charge with my bank since they cant be bothered working it out. The food was goodprevious visits, but we will never be back. Read more
