August 6, 2022 I ordered several 1/2 trays for a surprise Birthday gathering. I needed to make special arrangements and they... were more than accommodating and friendly. Guests raved about the food quality and flavor. They said everything was delicious. They asked if there was a Duchess BBQ in the Capital region where they reside. Don?t bother ordering delivery from here. They will ?forget? to include half your order and toppings you paid extra for, and... when you call about it they?ll tell you to come pick up the missing items. Which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery andpaying for that service and a tip for the delivery. As a small business myself I hate to leave a bad review, but the fact thatthey could care less about the meals we ordered for delivery because we are going to work a 12 hour overnight shift shortly- andonly offered for US to come pick up the stuff THEY FORGOT, (which we don?t have time to do), - I will never order from themagain.
