4 workers and we were ignored when we entered. They were obviously doing sandwiches for app or to go orders, but eye contact or... a smile & "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. In addition, it's confusing why all 4 workers needed to be doing the togo/app orders when even 1 could've helped the in person line. Then, while making our sandwiches, 2 workers stopped, midsandwich, to go help someone who came in and asked about a to go order. We were there and clearly arrived before these people.In addition, there were now 5 customers in line. It's frustrating and rude to the in person people. If you are picking up, whydo you get preferential treatment? There should be a worker assigned for that if you are going to allow them to "skip the line". Read more

Since I can't find where to leave a review on the app or website, I would just like to give a shout out to shift lead Awa!... Everytime I come in here she is on top of everything and super nice to customers, I think she would make a great generalmanager!
