On 14 May: I stopped into the Little Caesars in Poughkeepsie New York to pick up a pizza. As soon as I put my card in, the... manager behind the counter canceled the transaction. He told me the card is no good. I attempted to explain to him that I usedit five minutes ago up the road, and 10 minutes prior to that as well, I asked him to run it again. He didn't want to hearanything about it, he said "it's no good, go away". I then made two more stops, and used the same credit card without anyproblems whatsoever. I really hope this is not how you as a company want your franchise to be managed. Perhaps it's time forsomebody to stop in and take a real good look at this store, to see how it's being managed, or mismanaged. This was totallyunacceptable.
