We got poke bowls with salmon and a Viking roll (with no sauce) and both were AMAZING. The salmon was as super fresh and... delicious. The staff were very knowledgeable about which ingredients had gluten and were able to modify our order to make itgluten free for us. This will be one of our new regular dinner places in Poulsbo.
