First off, WOW. Fish was so delicious, the mix of seared and sashimi pieces was fantastic. Ive never had such perfectly cooked... calamari either. On top, the Chef is such a personable guy. There are a lot of choices in the food hall, but I'm so glad I finally tried Single Fin Kitchen. I got one of their Donburi rice... bowls with Hamachi. I was blown away. I love sushi, but all the flavors they mixed in their bowl was like nothing I've hadbefore. I highly recommend. Read more
