If I could give one star, I would. Was told my order was ready then waited more minutes for them to give me my order. They said... they couldn't refund me because there was no manager present. The wings were ice cold when I got home. Read more

This place is a joke. Their website said my order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. I walk in and they tell me it'll be about... another 5 minutes before my order is ready. Ended up taking them another 15 minutes before my simple order, just one combo, wasready. Employees were ignoring the phone ringing the entire time I was stuck waiting for my order. What a dump.
