If I could give Pablo, his staff, and his restaurant more than 5 stars I would. First, we love his food and we love the... atmosphere. We?ve never been disappointed. Secondly, we love his food so much we decided to cater it for our wedding of 160people and Pablo & crew DELIVERED. He was so pleasant to work with leading up to our event. He was extremely detail oriented,communicative, and prepared for the big day. He had plan B and plan C ready to go just in case, and we appreciated him forinvesting so much in pulling off our big day. Let?s be real, people talk about food at weddings? it?s one of the staples and noone was disappointed! We LOVE his desserts, the tres leches and flan are to dream about. Rather expensive menu considering the portion sizes. Food flavor was mediocre; I ordered the Palomilla (steak) for $18. The... steak was very small, there was onions on top, and the rice was completely unseasoned. Definitely not worth the price. We alsoordered the Bocadita Sampler, which was 4 sliders. One of the buns on the slider had an obvious spot of mold. The one redeemingquality was that our bill was paid for by the restaurant, because of the mold, which I greatly appreciate. Read more

I love Cuban food bc I?m Cuban and grew up in Miami? well I was certainly surprised by how bland the food was, my meal didn?t... look or taste like what ordered, even though it was a Cuban native who prepared it. Both meals ordered were cooked with heapingamounts of green peppers, which just seemed like they were trying to use as filler and overwhelmed the taste completely. Thewaiter not attentive at all and had to get myself napkins, utensils and condiments. They were kind enough to remake my food butagain it was a disappointment. Even the black beans were bad, left the bay leaf in, it tasted so odd/off; I asked for a refundand paid for a (rather small) appetizer and a ?Cuban sandwich? bc my daughter was very hungry. Lastly, main course was quitesmall for the price, came on the same size plate as an appetizer. I hope they turn it around, what a shame. Read more
