Very rude customer service today. Long wait time, and employee made rude faces when I asked for a side of nuts. Bonus, she... refused to give lids for the blizzards. Really nice as they dripped all over the front seat. I tried to call to talk to themanager, but the phone must be off the hook. I would really like the management to speak to the staff, because that'sridiculous! Read more

Best deep fried onion rings I have ever had a Dairy Queen. As busy as the 2 employees were one of them still found the time to... give us a pup cup before it was even time for us to order.???????? Read more

Probably the longest I've ever waited in line for fast food considering how few customers there were. I would have left the line... ten minutes in had there been a way to do so. There were only 2 people ahead of me (one at the window waiting for food and oneat the order speaker), but there was no one taking orders, so the person in front of me was just sitting there waiting. Thenwhen I get up to order, the poor kid taking orders finally couldn't hear anything I said. When I got up to the window, that kidwas busy as all get out, but there was a female employee literally just laughing and playing around with the adult who I assumedwas the manager (?). He went in the back and I am guessing "made" my food while the drive thru kid/guy took my payment and mademy ice cream. The girl kept coming up to the front smiling with her arms crossed, doing absolutely nothing. When I got myrotisserie chicken bites, I drove away. I drove 3 minutes and then ate my chicken. HALF of them were COLD. Not luke warm. Cold.So that's gross, but my dogs enjoyed them. I think maybe management needs to be more focused on how things are running. Maybethey could have the girl who did nothing ..I don't know... Doing something? Maybe they should make sure the food isn't cold.Maybe they could mind the drive thru instead of having people stuck. I don't complain about fast food usually because it iswhat it is, but when there's not a huge line, no one should be waiting fifteen minutes to order. Overall not a good experience. Read more
