What a gem! Huge menu makes it hard to choose; I was in danger of asking for one of everything until I decided on a "build my... own Calzone" option. My companion chose the personal size supreme pizza; we were delighted! Fresh ingredients, robust sauceseasoned just right, light and tasty crust, browned to crunchy perfection. Me and my wife ordered a half of Buffalo salad and the first bite tasted like soap so she asked me to take a bite and we found a... cleaning whipe buried in the salad! TAILGATERS PRESCOTT VALLEY-TERRIBLE SERVICE AND OVERCHARGED I brought my family and parents in Saturday for a late lunch. We... eat there frequently. We come in most Fridays for the fish fry and several times each month. We also purchase a substantialamount of Christmas gift cards each year. We came in right at 3pm at sat at the large round table in the bar as the restaurantside was full with a private party. Several waitresses passed our table several times over a 20 minute period. We observed othertables being served and cleared during this time without our table being acknowledged. I had to go and ask a waitress if sheknew who our waitress was. Shortly after our waitress came and took our drink order as we have been sitting there for close to30 minutes now. We received half of our drink orders as the Coke machine was out. After about another 15 minutes they receivedtheir drinks. We ordered cheese curds and fried pickles. When the cheese curds were delivered, we were notified that you wereout of Fried pickles. We ordered the X large 1 item pizza and 30 wings for $41.99 but charged the full price which I did notnotice until I got home. Also during our meal, I had to go get napkins and silverware that were never given to us. We came in toget a nice lunch before my adult son had to go to work at 5 and we had to rush out of there due to the delayed service. Myfamily, extended family, friends and my company frequent your establishment quite a bit and will consider other restaurantsafter this experience. I do expect a refund on the difference of the full price I was charged for the pizza and wings after Iclearly ordered the pizza and wing deal. Also, your wings description states "served with celery and carrots" and you only give1 carrot and 1 celery. This is clearly false advertising. We ordered more carrots and celery and charged $2 which isunacceptable to me. I have my receipt and need to know how to go about getting my refund for being overcharged Read more
