Better off staying at the Best western across the way, or even somewhere else. The rooms are so over priced for what they are.... Food options are terrible and the staff did NOT make me feel welcomed or accommodated. They made me feel like they were beinginconvenienced whenever I needed an extra towel or a bar of soap. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. HUGE tv with premium channels. Parking lot very sketchy with people sitting around in cars and... lawn chairs drinking all night. There are more cigarette butts in the pull-through than the Marlboro factory. Bathroom old butserviceable - shower was disgusting. Huge wad of hair right beside the drain, scummy thick ring around the tub. But even worse, tomorrow is the first day of college, and my student has gotten no sleep! I have an entire day of hard tasks ahead andabsolutely zero sleep! Literally. Not figuratively. No sleep. At all. There is a mystery noise and it is infuriating! The staffis nice, not their fault, so i hate to call repeatedly but no relief to this has happened. It's August 29 at 0405 a.m. Somewherethere is a room-shaking metallic banging occurring every 5-10 minutes. I called the front desk at 1230 (after midnight). Wastold they'd look into it. It has been going on since late afternoon. It is STILL going on. It doesn't sound like a doorslamming, (all night? No voices, no footsteps in the hallway? No. It's more metallic than that anyway) tho it is certainly loudenough to be next door! The entire room window and window air unit shakes! It's a pity because the staff is very nice, but iwould not stay here again if THEY paid ME! I would sleep in my truck at the gas station first! $130, plus 20$ pet deposit toseethe in anger all sleepless night. Nope. I've traveled coast to coast and this is without doubt one of the top 5 WORST hotelsI've ever stayed in. Only the staff made it even tolerable and had there been vacancies anywhere else i would have left. Read more

My worst experience at a hotel ever. Checked on Friday..room was dirty, sheet (only 1) was also dirty. My girlfriend went to... report to front desk and was given sheets in a plastic bag for us to use? Surface areas were dirty..room had not been cleaned.Totally unacceptable! My girlfriend went to have a shower and there were hairs on the towels?that was the last straw! We went tofront desk and were met by a receptionist who was crying about her missing cat. There was cat food on the counter and we wereinterrupted several times by strangers giving the receptionist updates on possible cat sightings in the hotel. Receptionistassured me that she had voided our room charge and refunded my credit card..giving me a receipt that showed a zero balance. Thereceptionist then showed us pictures of her cat should we encounter it in the parking lot as we were leaving. This was a bizarreencounter no matter how one would look at it ! On checking my cc statement we were charged for 1 nights stay?I have sent adispute to the credit card company on this one. Read more

Last resort to find a hotel in the area. My room smelled like pot. Went to ask for a different room and they said that?s all... they had. The room was so disgusting the floor was wet and sticky. Couldn?t open the windows because a picnic table down belowis where they smoke pot and cigarettes. The paint was peeling it was just a overall disgusting place would not recommend. I wasin the military in desert storm I?d rather sleep in the desert in this place. Read more
