We went there for the first time last night for my boyfriend's birthday. We were 6. Richard was our server. The service was... excellent. He knows his menus and answered all of our questions without hesitation. All of our food was excellent. So tasty!The wine that he proposed was spot on. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We made a reservation a couple of hours before, our table was ready even though we arrived a few minutes early and the place was... packed. The food was excellent (we had the fish and chips), the service was professional, the beer selection was very good, thesangria was strong, and the price was very fair. Overall a very pleasant meal. On the main road going through town, Barils is an epicurial delight. They believe in pushing theboundaries of microbrewery pub food and they do it extremely well. A varied beer-on-tap menu gets you off the ground and it'son to the food, an eclectic mix of standard fare and gastronomic risks, an example being blood pudding grilled cheese, which tomy surprise was amazing. Portions are very generous and the prices are better than expected for the great quality food.
