REVISED REVIEW: I visited the restaurant a second time last Saturday. Even if everything in my previous review still stands,... I'm bringing it down to 1 star as I was charged 1,75$ for ordering some sriracha sauce on the side. 1,75$ for about 2 teaspoonof sriracha sauce. In an Asian/sushi restaurant? Are you kidding me? I didn't order some bearnaise sauce or some cheese on theside for my general Tao table d'hôte, but some sriracha. On top of that, the waiter didn't even inform me when I asked forit. I find this unacceptable. Almost every single Asian restaurants have bottle of sriracha on the table ( just like hot dogplace will have a bottle of ketchup on the table ). And at the price this restaurant charges for the food, it's insulting to becharged an extra for some sriracha sauce. On top of that, some friends of mine asked for some spicy mayo and they weren'tcharged anything extra. I would highly recommend to anyone to go eat and spend their hard earned money elsewhere. It's notabout the price but the principle. *********************************************************************** Great service. Mygeneral Tao was really good and so were my tempura vegetables even if the batter was thicker ( i.e not as light ) as what I'mused to. My friends said that the speciality sushis were really good. Some entree portions are good for 2 people. Pricing isdecent but perhaps a bit on the expensive side. Read more
