Ordered Ginger Beef and Chicken Chow Mein. The ginger beef was hot, but not a lot of flavour - definitely no ginger taste at... all. The Chow Mein was ridiculous - not stir fried - no sauce - just some pasty white flavourless chicken pieces on top of someflavourless gummy boiled noodles. $9.95 surprise on my bill for an assorted sunimono is criminal. I have never paid more than $6.99 for an assorted sunimono and... others have Octopus on it as well. This one had four small shrimp and a tiny teaspoon of crab meat. I have been going to ChinaTaste for decades. I am very very bitter after this experience and will not return, especially as I alerted them to my concernand did not even get a sorry, just a that's the charge, deal with it. Well, if I had known the charge I would not have ordered,I ordered from an online menu that stated it was $5.99. Now, even if that menu was a year old, that kind of inflation is justplain outrageous.
