Yummy food, delicious wine, nice view, lovely little spot! Usually have had good bubbly service too. Recommend coming here for a... charcuterie board and drinks with friends or for a date. The only downside is how small the restaurant portion is, but it’sreally not that big of a deal, just they can only accommodate a small amount of guests is all. But it’s a lovely restaurant &winery, one of my favourites! I highly recommend! Read more

My family and I decided we would take a we trip to PG to visit this winery as my mother is getting married and was wanting to... possibly have her wedding at the venue. To our surprise it was the worst customer service we have experienced. We understandthe shortage of staff but that is not an excuse. We spent more then 500$ for our bill and the server let us know that we don’thave an option for tipping as we had a larger group. Well one of those group members is 11 and shouldn’t have been included.I’m not sure why a forced tip is something you have, we shouldn’t be paying for a service we haven’t experienced. That’sjust a bad business practice. You would think that when going to a winery they would explain the different wines they offer andthe notes you may taste not one single person new a single thing. We had to hunt down servers to get more drinks, or to havethe table cleared of old plates and cups, at one point a family member did it them selfs. I highly recommend going else wherefor a winery experience. Also side not a few of us are on the monthly wine subscription and because of this will be cancelingit. Read more

We were introduced to Northern Lights Estate winery by a local friend who lives in Prince George. The winery is known for wine... other than grape wines. Unfortunately we didn’t get to dine at their restaurant or patio when we were there as it was outsideof their service hours, it was also pouring rain on their patio. It would have been nice to relax and have lunch therethough. Due to the weather we were basically the only ones there, we were greeted promptly and requested for a complimentarywine tasting. We basically tried most of the wine they produce, the most notable ones for me were the Seduction, the Ursa andBlueberry Port. The Seduction is their best selling wine, which I can see why, as you air it out in the wine glass you can smellthe hit of strawberries. All of their wines were quite different from traditional wine, it has all the fruit notes, but less ofthe tannins. Our sommelier was friendly and knowledgeable, walking us through each wine and making food pairingsuggestions. In the end we got 2 boxes of various wines as they aren’t very widely distributed. I believe you can get theSeduction wine at BC Liquor. Will definitely stop by for another visit when we go to Prince George again. Read more

Been looking forward to a visit on our trip up from the Interior, and Northern Lights did not disappoint! We were there for... lunch on June 28th. The food, the view, the staff (Jesse in particular), and especially the wine were all spectacular! Wewatched a thunderstorm skirt the city while sharing the amazing desserts together. It was the best meal experience I had with mychildren on this trip! Thank you so much! Read more

Drinks were good and staff friendly with a nice location. What let the place down was the food. Visited for lunch and nothing... was that great. I ordered the montreal smoked meat sandwich and the meat didn't taste smoked and felt store bought. It must havehad half a jar of wholegrain mustard that totally ruined the sandwich. Also store bought coleslaw is the only side that theyoffer. Feels like it is the easiest and cheapest for them. I understand there are not many places like this in PG but paying $20for a sandwich I would expect better. Read more
