I would not say that Yamamoto is my favourite sushi in town, but it ranks very high on my list! The quality of the rolls and... ingredients are excellent, but I'd like the rice to have a bit more seasoning. That's a personal taste though, so it might beperfect for you. I had the BBQ short ribs on a couple occasions as well, and they might be my favourite thing on the menu sofar! They are full of bold flavours that offset the subtleties of the sushi.
