Edelweiss Bakery in Prior Lake is my favorite early morning meeting spot. Their caramel rolls are terrific but I usually have a... breakfast sandwich! They have great staff and a warm and inviting new decor! Read more
I've been an Edelweiss customer since the bakery opened. One wonderful family (Mark and Julie) since handed the reins to another... (Laurie and Joe). This place is truly a local gem, selling macarons as well as maple-bacon long johns. If you want a specialtreat, try the quiche: fluffy and full of flavor. Read more
My daughter and I truly loved this place, but we were so disappointed in our visit today. The new decor is no longer cozy and... the music is blaring; the meal was just OK, and certainly not worth the $32 (including tip) we spent for two people. We willcome back for the delicious bakery items, but gone are the days we could enjoy a leisurely mother-daughter lunch here. So sad. Read more
Nothing short of amazing! My Mom ordered these custom ?bride? and ?groom? 8 in. rounds and an additional two square cakes for... our wedding shower. I picked them up on an extremely busy day (Saturday) while there was a market going on that morning. Theline was out the door and nearly on the street. I had no idea this place was so popular! The staff was incredibly helpful to usgetting all four (4) cakes for our event that afternoon with clear instructions to make sure they stayed in great conditionbeforehand. Our friends and family just LOVED them. The flavor pairings are incredible and the cake itself is so moist. Wecouldn?t be happier - beautifully decorated. I even have froze part of the cake to enjoy after our wedding to enjoy since we?regoing non-traditional. Thank you to everyone at Edelweiss Bakery for making our day special. Read more
