19 dollars out the door for ONE serving of sub par chicken and white rice. I could have went to any grocery store and purchased... 4 chicken breasts and a 10 pound bag of rice and ate for a week. Never again..... Read more

If you are ordering a meal do NOT substitute fried rice. They will charge $2 per entree just to add soy sauce to white rice. In... my experience fried rice consists of, at the very least egg, along with some vegetable (carrot and peas). If I wanted to simplyadd sodium to my diet I could have easily added soy sauce to my own rice. The most frustrating part of this disappointingexperience is when I called back to explain my disappointment the manager/owner who became argumentative and unapologetic. Thereare plenty of places to find quality Chinese food, this place is not one of them. I Will not give this establishment a secondchance nor $2 of my hard earned money for soy sauce rice again. This might seem petty, but honesty and quality in the food Iconsume is a significant aspect to what I chose to eat. Read more

Wow, so disappointing. I have long favored, D. Fong in Bloomington, and the D. Fong in Savage, so I assumed the D. Fong is... Prior Lake would be as wonderful. Wow, so sad! And I have been looking forward to General Tso chicken, and it was beyonddisappointing. I should have realized something was amiss when the parking lot was empty, the restaurant was empty, but heythe D. Fong name has a great reputation. Also, the food was served almost immediately upon taking the order. I thought it wasodd, but it was so overcooked, that I truly believe it was heated over so often that was ready to serve immediately. GeneralTso Chicken is usually plump nice pieces, what they served was hard tough fried lumps. Was truly awful. I also asked forspicy and it had zero, like seriously zero spice and no flavor. It is difficult to cook a Chinese dish and have no flavor atall. Will not give this place another chance. And will always recommend others to visit the D. Fongs on Hwy 42. Such a sadexperience for a get together dinner. Read more
