We were under the impression that we would be able to sit down and have breakfast here. That was not the case. They do have a... large number of fresh baked goods that can be purchased. I think based on the pictures we were expecting something else. Wepurchased donuts and a caramel apple pie and they were delicious. Read more
Unreal selection of sweets, but be prepared to pay for it. A tray of six fairly normal sized cinnamon rolls will run you $46 -... that is not a typo. Can't tell if they upcharge you depending on if you're a local or not since there are no prices listedanywhere inside. Their food is absolutely amazing! We drive 3.5 hours just to eat here. This is a for sure stop every time we go to Vermont. The... restaurant is charming and quaint, but does have limited seating, so be prepared to sit and wait for a few (sometimes upward ofan hour and a half)...believe me, it is well worth the wait! Pancakes are fantastic, and her eggs are always cookedperfectly. Highly recommend just about everything on the menu! Cheryl and Charlie are wonderful people who will truly take thetime to talk with you in their kitchen. The food is so good, you just have to thank her personally.
