Terrible. ?-Gave me a TAMPERED sandwich that a customer returned and lied to my face when I asked if this was the sandwich that... man just returned?I ordered two iced coffees and a bagel egg sandwich, five~ people ordered after me, I got one iced drink thenI sat and waited for everything else. A man even comes back in with his order and says that his sandwich was a bagel sandwichand he asked for a croissant.((I?m guessing this was my bagel sandwich that they gave that man-no they didn?t call it out theypersonally handed it to him))anyway they made him the croissant sandwich and put the other bag aside-did not throw it out?- 15minutes go by as I?m watching everybody else get their sandwiches and coffees and I?m Still waiting for the rest of my orderbefore a girl notices and asks me what else am I waiting for, I show her my receipt and tel her I?m still missing the blueberrycoconut iced coffee and my bagel sandwich. She asks her coworker ?this is bagel right?? (Referring to the product that the manhad returned that I mentioned previously) coworker says ?Yes? she proceeds to give me the returned sandwich, I ask her ??is thisthe sandwich that guy just returned?? She looks me straight in the eye and says ?no :)?. She lied to my face, and both workerswere okay with giving a customer a tampered product. Literally so disgusting!!! I was so disappointed and disgusted withthem. The ONLY reason I didn?t call them out then and there was because i needed to get to work because by that time I hadalready wasted 20 minutes there. Just left - terrible service. The cashier took my order and scanned my Dunkin app and then the register stopped working. I was... on a time crunch so I asked to cancel my order. She said that it wasn?t possible to cancel/refund me and rolled her eyes at mewhen I asked why. I ended up paying but not recovering any coffee.Very upset :( Read more
