Got take out. Service was ok, didn?t take long. However when I got home & opened my order, there was no turkey on my Turkey... sandwich! Ha, no kidding, just lettuce, bacon and a golf ball size piece of Avocado. Will not go back to Ewing location. Read more
I love Panera and used to order online frequently, but since moving to an area where this particular cafe is our local Panera,... we have had only frustrating experiences. Items from our orders are consistently missing (despite someone having checked themoff on the receipt, meaning that they are not actually checking to ensure that all items are included) while other items in thesame orders are incorrect (missing ingredients or a smaller size than ordered). Of course I understand that mistakes happen, butthese mistakes happen every single time we order from this particular cafe, and each time I contact customer service and amencouraged to accept a reward/coupon for a future order instead of a refund, leading to more frustrating experiences. I never write bad reviews, however this place is begging for them today. Tomato soup: sitting up on counter while rest of order... being prepared. No surprise it was room temp. Grilled cheese: literally bread with melted cheese. Not grilled. At all. A 6year old could prepare this basic staple correctly. Every empty table filthy. Unsanitary dumping of ?lemonade? into thedispensers from grimy dishwasher bins. Society and the educational system have failed these workers. The owner should actuallyvisit the property more than once a decade and see for themselves the poor excuse for a Panera they?ve released upon anunsuspecting populace. Read more
