We used to be very happy with Mod Prosper pizza. Have ordered a lot in the lady 18 months. However, after tonight we will never... order from them again. Crude customer service. Our pizza was missing it?s cheese. Our delivery was cold. She said the pizza wastheir fault but not the delivery. Yes? It?s your product that was sold to me. She said she couldn?t do anything about us gettingcold pizza. I should call DoorDash. You can?t send out warm pizza to replace it? You can?t send out a correct pizza? I really want to love it because it?s close to home. This location used to be on top of it but the past two times I?ve ordered... have been a disaster. Today my Order that was placed online was not ready till an hour past the estimate. As I stood there andwatched the staff they were all In slow motion. One of my pizzas was not fulfilled till 8:28 and the estimate was 7:39. Iordered 3. Two were done around 7:50 and the 3rd some how kept going missing. The previous time I visited they burned both thepizzas I ordered to the point I had to throw them out because they were not edible. I understand staffing is an issue but thereis not method to the madness. It seems as if corporate needs to have someone come in and show the team how to flow properly. Being behind on orders is definitely understandable to an extent but continually missing pizzas on numerous orders is not. Thestaff was not concerned nor apologetic in any way shape or form. I liked this place a lot for awhile but recently they keep burning the pizzas and getting my order wrong. One time I made an... order online and when I went to pick it up they didn?t have it. So I waited 20 min for nothing and had to get food elsewhere.Then this evening I picked up an order I waited a long time for and asked to have them bring it to my car for pickup and theyacted like they didn?t do that anymore. Then why do they have the signs and the spots to sit for pickup and allow orders overthe phone? Anyhow, I got my pizza but it was scolded black on the bottom. See pic :( Read more

Great experience every time we come here. Pretty standard as a "make-your-own personal pie" place goes but that's not... necessarily a bad thing. My favorite things here are the Greek salad and the fact they HAVE anchovies! Very few places do causethey are definitely not a fan favorite but LOVE that they offer them here. The Greek salad is why I actually keep coming back,it's so filling and fresh with the chickpeas & sweet/spicy peppers. And if you add grilled chicken *chef's kiss* a complete mealthat won't make you miss the pizza dough. Other notable items is the spicy red sauce(actually has a kick), spicy chickensausage, pesto sauce & the No Name Cake. This little treat actually taste homemade, would highly recommend if you lovechocolate. Overall, I like this place, the staff is always nice and the food is fresh. However, I did knock off a star forconsistency. Depending on how heavy handed or light handed the person making your food is, you could walk out with a 2 lb. or a2 oz. pizza/salad. Read more
