First time I have ordered from Panda Express in months. I order online for pickup at 11a. I go in with my kid around 11:30ish... and I don't see my order on the pickup shelf. Long story short they basically accused me of stealing my own food ( how??? Checkyour cameras if you think that is what I did. ). Then asked me when the order pickup and date was ( uh same day and 11a pickuplike it says on my order?) and then found the receipt in the area where they keep mobile orders, I guess and "remake my order"in which they still got wrong. Very rude, cold and accusing. I reported them to corporate about my experience AND when I got anemail about leaving feedback with the order I shared it there. WEEKS later I get an email from customer support addressing mywrong order, I told them that is not what I care about. I care more about how they treat customers. Then they reply back andsaid "someone will contact you from the store". Never did. Given how awful I was treated both in store and how dismissivecorporate was, I will be boycotting them from now on. This place needs new ownership or management. Their Asian employees treat their African American employees horribly. Lots of... racial comments and assumptions. They were making comments about their hair and assuming they do drugs. Very condescendingtowards their employees, but it's only coming from Asian employees. I'll never eat or order from here again. I will be lookingto file a complaint with Panda Express corporate, and their department that's over franchises. I'm sure this type of behaviordoesn't align with their mission statement. ***Update: One of the employees pulled on one of the African American employee'shair and asked if that was their real hair.*** That is absolutely unacceptable!!! Ordered Mushroom Chicken via Doordash and became violently ill a few hours later. In biting into my "chicken" it was almost... instant that I knew that what I had just bitten into was not chicken nor beef. The flavor was extremely gamey and unlikeanything I had ever tasted before. Having what I would consider an iron stomach, and never having food poisoning before, I wasfearful for others that might have eaten the same entree as I as very close to having my husband take me to the hospital.
