This is hands down the best tapas restaurants I’ve ever been to. The meat and cheese board is absolutely amazing the pairings... of jam and pickled vegetables with meats and cheeses are wonderful. It’s really on another level. There are also plentyvegetarian options. Also THE PORTIONS ARE LARGE which is something you wouldn’t expect from a tapas restaurant so don’torder too many dishes! Great atmosphere and selection of tapas. The staff is great and food was delicious! The eggplant, garlic shrimp and calamari... were perfect. Such distinct and bold flavors in each dish, loved the smokiness and charring of vegetables and meats. I loved theeggplant dish, that one was absolutely surprising. The only critique I have are the oxtail tapas, I think the parsnip pureédoesn't quite pair with the taste of an oxtail stew. Perhaps a carrot or potato pureé would work best. If you're a local orvisiting the area I highly recommend checking out Palo, but make sure to make a reservation first, we went on a Saturday nightand it was quite busy. Read more
