They are usually in high spirits but with being so short staffed the wait times (in weekends in particular) are awful! Waiting... inside or outside- doesn't matter - they cannot keep up. But the staff is always working hard and that deserves to be stated! Read more
The drive-thru sucks. There are always long lines that sometimes take upwards of 15 minutes just to place an order. Terrible... layout as the drive-thru loops into Staples parking lot, blocking vehicles, while others continue backing in and out nearlybumping your own. I don?t like this particular location. I usually get a double smoked bacon cheddar & egg sandwich .. bacon toasted crispy. Soo... far both times times I?ve come to this location i get the same answer that no other Starbucks gives me ?we can?t Toast the baconextra but we can toast the whole sandwich extra? which doesn?t make any sense to me. Are the sandwiches pre made or something? &if that?s the case that?s nasty. I just don?t understand how this is the ONLY starbucks between different states I?ve ever beento where you can?t request crispy bacon. Its always very fatty & soft which i don?t like & we should be able to request crispybacon. The next location is very far from me so this is a very disappointing inconvenience. I literally just drove over toMcDonalds for crispy bacon to swap out for starbucks soggy bacon. Read more

I ordered 2 Venti pink drink with extra strawberry base and extra inclusions and specifically said LIGHT ICE at the drive... thru. I come here a lot and I usually deal with the same problem. They filled MOST of the cup with iceee!! I took around 5 sipsand It was already empty. I'm literally paying almost 7 dollars for a cup, full of ice!! I'm no longer coming here anymore,its so disappointing. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I love my Starbucks but this place is a no. Read more
