Menu for Crowne Pointe Hotel & Spa in Provincetown, MA

From beginning to end we had a wonderful time here. Josh at the front desk was extremely accommodating and everyone else we met... including the cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was gorgeous and SUPER clean. The spa was beautiful.Must come back to actually try it next time! We had dinner at their on site restaurant and it was delicious. I had the lobsterpappardelle which was full of lobster and my husband said that their clam chowder was his favorite of all of the ones he tiredon our trip in P-Town. We spent our honeymoon here and really can?t imagine a place more fitting. We got very lucky. It will bea getaway that we will never forget. My husband forgot his wallet which we only realized after we got home. By the time hecalled concierge, they had already confirmed they found it and sent it by delivery to the license?s address. It?s small detailslike this that separate a chain hotel from a pretty and historic place bearing a good reputation. We just can?t say enough aboutthis well run and beautifully kept Inn. I had a great meal. Filet mignon. But the short ribs were not great. All in all a great meal. But SENIORS beware. We were... accused of taking up 2 spaces when we didn't. We pulled next to a car and just had enough to open the driver's door. Mainly ayoung Yuppie Crowd that feels ENTITLED. Probably not going back. Read more

My husband and I recently had our wedding reception for a small group of 16 guests at the Pointe Restaurant. Kevin and his team... did an excellent job in working with us to design the menu, setting and other details. We begin with a cocktail hour in theclub room and then moved upstairs to a separate room for the wedding dinner. We commend Kevin and his staff as the food andservice was excellent! I am very disappointed with the management at Crowne Pointe. I made a reservation in late September for a mid-November stay.... Unfortunately, I had to cancel just a couple days after making the reservation - well within the FULL REFUND period. I've madeseveral attempts to reach the property to process my refund - I pre-paid the entire cost of the stay. I booked the stay thruTavelocity - and they were very quick to process their part of the reservation fee. I hate having to write reviews like this orgo thru my credit card company to challenge the charge - but it's a significant amount of money. Read more

We had a great time! The location is good and quiet. I enjoyed the whirlpool. We also liked the breakfast and wine and cheese... every afternoon!! We had a fantastic dinner here for my birthday! Excellent! Read more
