We had an excellent 2 night stay while visiting Provincetown. Rooms were clean and spacious with direct access to the pool and... entertainment areas. The shuttle service is privately operated and the service is worth the tips as the taxis are overpriced andtake advantage of the vacationers. They have figured out how to keep prices reasonable while staffing at a minimum. They areclearly respected in the community and have a history of great service. Read more

Wonderful and cute location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some issues with the water (water drained slowly), but... place was clean. Very convenient to visit the beach right across the road. Would definitely visit again. Read more

The staff at the front desk were great. The pool was nice. It is too far away from the center of town. I thought with a name... like Harbor Hotel it would be close to the harbor. The beach across the street was pretty. The floor in my room had a big crackin the cement floor. I know it is summer, but it is too overpriced. One of the descriptions on the web says"a short walk fromdowntown" sorry but 1 1/2 miles is not a short walk when you have a suitcase. Read more

WARNING!! Where do I begin! Upon arrival for a birthday celebration weekend we were greeted by not 1 but 2 inadequate rooms. The... first one had pizza sauce on the floor and HAIR in the bathroom and was obviously UNCLEANED. After notifying the staff of ourconcerns they ?Upgraded? us to another room and we were greeted by GIANT SPIDER directly next to the bed!! Honestly one of thebiggest I have ever seen. We once again notified staff of the conditions and were rudely told that there will be no more?upgrade?s? !! How about sincerely providing a sufficiently cleaned room!?!? His response was, ?you rented a place on thebeach? it?s obvious that they have a serious spider infestation issue as it?s quite apparent that all of the handrails arecovered in cobwebs and spiders!! Also, how about weatherstripping the doors maybe!?! Proceed with caution. We found anotherwonderful place to stay after our forgettable 1 night experience. After we re-located from this hotel, Provincetown lived up toall that we had imagined and had an amazing time for the rest of our stay in other hotel that we found.
